The Saucery began in our home kitchen, after years of cooking for family and friends - each meal often ending with, "Where can I buy this sauce?"
Along the way we sharpened our skills through hands-on cooking lessons across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America - falling in love with bold regional flavors, the kind usually found on a high-end restaurant plate but rarely in a kitchen-friendly jar.
